Mani Ginger Flavoured Organic Olive Oil is obtained by adding fresh, whole organic ginger to olives during the extraction process. Made with award-winning single-variety Koroneiki extra virgin olive oil produced in the Mani region in southern Peloponnese, Greece, this uniquely flavoured olive oil has a natural fresh and slightly spicy character.
Great in salads, soups, chicken dishes, marinades and finishing sauces for fish. Ideal with winter roasted vegetables. Delicious in cakes, ice-cream and biscotti biscuits.
