Our Partners.

Established in 2015 by talented young designer, Lize-Marie Dreyer, Aurora is a new and proudly South African creative studio located in Cape Town. Inspired by the Aurora lights, which people travel from far and wide to see, the studio employs an imaginative approach across various projects. Eventhough Aurora is the new creative studio on the block, the founder Lize-Marie, already has many accolades to her name. She was chosen as South Africa’s first Portfolio Night All Star, has won a Loerie award and was recently shortlisted as one of the Worlds Top Illustrators by the Association of Illustrators in London. Aurora Creative Studio is our creative partner that visually makes Greybe Fine Olive Products come to life.

The elegant ‘Ducalis’ brand of premium quality extra virgin olive oil is produced and bottled by the Romano family outside San Severo in the province of Foggia, Apulia, south-eastern Italy. The Novalis olive estate is a small farm — 9 hectares — with 2500 olive trees of the noble and ancient Peranzana cultivar. In the words of Nazario Romano, the young producer of Ducalis; “I belong to a peasant family of very ancient origins that has over time milled olives from our fields to obtain extra virgin olive oil purely for the consumption of family members. Today my company has resumed, with the leap of a generation, this ancient tradition.” The olives are still harvested by hand and cold-pressed to guarantee a truly superior extra virgin olive oil. Under Nazario’s guidance, the Novalis farm recently completed a five-year organic farming certification programme.
