Delivery Times and Rates
United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland

 

We aim to deliver all orders within three working days, subject to stock availability.

We use a “next day delivery” service for orders placed Mondays through to Thursdays. Customers will be notified by email the day their order is shipped, and all our orders are trackable with real time updates.

We also offer optional “click & collect” services on all our orders: Parcels can be collected at a time and from automated parcel lockers convenient to customers.

Unfortunately, the logistics of delivering parcels is not yet a fullproof science and, as we all know, parcel delivery schedules are not met every time. However, we are working hard to get the delivery of our exquisite olive oils and other olive products to our customers on time, according to our schedules.

Our logistics partner, APC Overnight, has partnered with InPost, the world’s largest operator of automated 24/7 parcel lockers to provide our customers with a next day click & collect solution on orders. See more details about InPost below.

Greybe Fine Olive Products reserves the right to use an alternative courier service, or to change couriers, without giving notice.

In spite of every attempt on our part to deliver every order on time and to the correct address, we realise there will be the odd occasion when we will not meet the exacting standards we have set for ourselves and which our customers expect. For this we are truly sorry. Unfortunately, it means that our delivery times are for guidance only and are not a guarantee. We cannot take responsibility for length of delivery time once an item is dispatched from us to our carrier.

If your order is a gift we will send it as quickly as possible and therefore, in the rare event of any specific product shortage we may substitute a product with a like for like replacement so as not to delay the shipment.

Delivery of parcels is Monday to Friday. Delivery on a Saturday can be arranged at an additional charge - please contact us. We do not deliver parcels on Sundays.

Please note that certain parts of the British Isles including the Islands and Scottish Highlands are more difficult to get to and therefore increase the chance of longer delivery times. Delivery rates for parcels to these regions also cost more. Please see our UK delivery rates below.

At this point in time, we are not providing a delivery service to Ireland and other international destinations. However, we will review this from time to time.

InPost

Brought to our customers by APC in partnership with InPost, the world’s largest operator of automated 24/7 parcel lockers, to offer customers the opportunity of a next day click & collect service.

InPost parcel lockers provide a nationwide network of over 1000 locations, growing to 1600 locker locations in 2017, allowing our customers to collect their parcels at a time and from lockers convenient to them 24/7.

The InPost service is offered to customers whose parcels are delivered by APC. Parcels will be delivered to the chosen locker at no extra charge, and customers can collect their parcel from the locker when it is convenient for them.

 

International Delivery, including Ireland

At this point in time, we are not providing a delivery service to Ireland and other international destinations. However, we will review this from time to time.

 

Returns and Refunds

At Greybe Fine Olive Products we are proud of the products we sell and of our service, and work hard to ensure that they are of a high quality. It is important to us that you are also happy with the standard of the products we sell.

If you are not happy with your order and would like to exchange them for another, or request a refund, please email us at info@greybeoliveoil.com within seven days of your order, letting us know the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Because this is a food item, to qualify for an exchange or refund it is important that all the seals be intact, the products unopened and in their original packaging.

 

Damaged goods

If the contents of your parcel are damaged upon arrival and you wish to receive an exchange or refund, please let us know as soon as possible – no later than 24hours after you received them. We may ask you to return the goods to us so that we can investigate and potentially improve our packaging. All returned goods must be accompanied by the delivery slip that accompanied the consignment.

In the case of damaged, faulty or goods mistakenly shipped, a receipt for the return postage should be included within the package for the cost to be refunded.

None of the above terms affects your statutory rights if goods are damaged or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

 

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@greybeoliveoil.com, providing us your name, address, order reference number and the reason why you wish to cancel your order. Once your item has been dispatched we will no longer be able to accept order cancellations.
