Burrata, Pear, Walnuts & Chilli Olive Oil.

- Dress the cut pears with some Willow Creek jalapeño olive oil and season with salt, set aside
- Break open the burrata and season the inside with some salt, lemon juice and a drizzle of Doleon PDO Kalamata extra virgin olive oil
- Place the burrata on the plate, top with the pears and walnuts, finish with another drizzle of Willow Creek jalapeño olive oil
